ஜனனத்தின் பின்னம்/எம்.டி.முத்துக்குமாரசாமி

மனிதப்பிறப்பு என்பது குறையுடையது அது தன் முழுமையை பிரபஞ்ச விரிவில் தன்னை ஐக்கியப்படுத்திக்கொள்ளும்போது அடைகிறது என இந்திய இறையியல் தத்துவங்கள் பேசுகின்றன. இந்தத் தத்துவங்கள் நம்பிக்கைகளாகவும் தினசரி புழக்கத்திலுள்ள பேச்சு வழக்கங்களாகவும் பல பரிமாணங்கள் பெற்றிருக்கின்றன. வைணவ இறையியலின்படி குறையுள்ளது மனித பிறப்பு, முழுமையுள்ளது இறைநிலை என்ற அர்த்தத்தில் பெயர்கள் கூட இடப்படுகின்றன. பிறப்பு குறைவுபட்டது அது தன் முழுமையை நாடுவது என்ற பொருளில்தான் ‘ஜனனத்தின் பின்னம்’ என்ற சொற்சேர்க்கையை பயன்படுத்துகிறேன். என்னுடைய ஒரு கவிதை நீலி போன்ற நம் பண்பாட்டு கதை நாயகிகளுக்கான ஜனன பின்னம் ஒருமையில் முழுமையடையுமா, பன்மையில் முழுமையடையுமா அல்லது இரண்டு முழுமைகளும் இணைந்த நிர்குணமாகிவிடுமா என யூகிக்கிறது. “காலம் ஒரு பகற்கனவு” என்று ஆரம்பிக்கும் அந்தக் கவிதையில் வரும் இரண்டு பத்திகளையும் ஜேபி அபாரமாக மொழிபெயர்த்திருக்கிறார்:

Time is a day dream

In Ilanji* town they are bow singing
Neeli’s** story
you are not interested to attend
Watching face in the mirror
getting trapped in it
crossing undying distances
walking midst paddy grain fields
as if walking along like the Neeli
you stroke your hair tresses
In each of your steps
your finger sized sparrows
as fractions of birth
spread like a fan
swiftly dive
filling the sky
disappear singularly
She feeding on air as food
she acquiring a taste for the disasters
blowing flames in fields
paddy grains turned to fire sparks
as fractions of birth
swiftly dive to sky
disappear plurally
Somebody calls
you step out of the room
your Neeli image
remains trapped in the mirror
stranded surprised in paddy field
